INDUSTRY NEXT

A field map, not a master plan

Different sites. One creative circuit.

Industry Next should become the workshop: the place where a person can do something immediately. The other sites carry the strongest experiments into publishing, identity, provenance, and deeper worlds.

01 / Prototype

Industry Next

Playable, participatory CC0 experiments. Make quickly, test in public, keep the creative act ahead of the wallet.

Question: can I do it now?

02 / Publish

PointCast

Editorial context, discovery, campaigns, and transparent distribution. It explains why an experiment matters and helps it travel.

Question: who should see it?

03 / Carry

Passport

Portable identity, authorship, receipts, and reputation across projects—without forcing sign-in before play.

Question: what follows me?

04 / Deepen

Project worlds

Focused sites give successful ideas their own rules, archives, editions, communities, and optional collecting rails.

Question: what deserves a world?

The circuit, running now

A public brief becomes three remixable starting points. Each published response joins a shared Made stream, keeps its source, and can become the source of another work.

How it evolves.

  1. Ship one small public instrument at a time, each with a real output—not a concept page.
  2. Let PointCast distribute the result and report what actually reaches people.
  3. Add Passport only when identity makes the experience richer; add Tezos only when ownership or settlement is genuinely useful.
  4. Promote repeated, loved behavior into a focused project site. Retire experiments that do not earn another version.
  5. Keep a visible trail from experiment → publication → identity → world, so the sites form a circuit instead of competing homepages.
