Realistic cases
Domain scenarios, traces, edge cases, and failure conditions grounded in how the work actually happens.
EXPERT NETWORK / HUMAN JUDGMENT FOR AI SYSTEMS
We assemble small expert pods to create the hard cases, scoring rules, evaluations, and grounded judgment that AI systems cannot manufacture for themselves.
01 / WHAT THE POD DELIVERS
Industry Next owns the production layer: scope, calibration, review, adjudication, and a clean client handoff.
Domain scenarios, traces, edge cases, and failure conditions grounded in how the work actually happens.
Rubrics with observable criteria, examples, acceptable variation, and explicit reasons to escalate.
Expert judgments, disagreement review, error taxonomy, and calibrated comparison across outputs.
Prioritized findings, representative evidence, and the next tests most likely to improve the system.
02 / THE EXPERT TEST PACK
The pack is deliberately small enough to inspect and substantial enough to change a product decision.
Define the user, domain, model behavior, success criteria, data boundary, and decision owner.
Experts complete a small paid sample; Industry Next aligns the rubric before production begins.
Final volume follows complexity. Every case remains traceable to the agreed standard.
Important disagreements are reviewed, resolved, and preserved as findings—not averaged away.
Prioritized patterns, representative examples, limitations, and the recommended next evaluation.
03 / START NARROW
The founding network begins where Industry Next already has working context, then expands when a real brief requires it.
Editorial judgment, audience experience, visual culture, sound, participation, rights, and provenance.
Customer journeys, retail systems, lifecycle work, support operations, fulfillment, and operating decisions.
Tool use, agent behavior, evaluation design, launch clarity, human review, and real-world failure handling.
04 / REQUEST A POD
Share only enough to establish fit. Do not paste confidential datasets, credentials, personal information, unreleased model outputs, or regulated records into this form.
05 / FOUNDING NETWORK
We are looking for practitioners with inspectable work and sharp judgment—not people who merely know AI vocabulary. Calibration tasks are paid. Project terms and compensation are written before delivery begins.
06 / OUTSIDE PLATFORMS
Network members may independently pursue opportunities through Micro1, Mercor, Turing, Scale, Invisible, and other services. Industry Next does not claim partnership with those companies, cannot guarantee placement, and will not assist with confidential assessments or share accounts. Direct Industry Next briefs remain separately contracted work.
V2 / AGENT BENCH / FOUNDING PILOTS
For people who want the result but do not want to configure, prompt, monitor, and repair a pile of AI tools. Industry Next would configure and supervise a small agent team behind one simple desk.
Finds, checks, organizes, and prepares sourced material for a human decision.
Drafts follow-ups, briefs, updates, and publishing packets; the human approves what represents them.
Maintains recurring checklists, monitors bounded systems, and escalates exceptions instead of improvising authority.
